A humble, community-based collective that's become
the inspiration for something much larger
- Project North Star (PNS) is looking for partner organizations to develop programs that focus on improving educational and employment opportunities and health outcomes in underserved communities.
- The initial focus of PNS is on the Community Health Worker (CHW) role so partners that currently educate and employ CHWs would be particularly helpful as we create more meaningful jobs for individuals in vulnerable communities that can then positively influence community health in those same communities.
